CNN founder, Ted Turner and entrepreneur Jeff Skoll were honored for their environmental contributions at the 20th annual Environmental Media Awards, presented by Toyota and Lexus at Warner Brothers Studio on Saturday, October 16.  Actors, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, activists and those who were a little of all of the above showed up to the EMAs.

The green carpet was rolled out for guests that included Olivia Munn and Jason Ritter who hosted the event.  Jane Fonda was also invited and presented her ex-husband Ted Turner with an honorary award. Natalie Portman was in attendance as well, and presented Jeff Skoll with his award.   Other guests included Glee’s Jessalyn Gilsig, Rosario Dawson, Eva Mendes, Wilmer Valderrama, Ed Begley Jr., James Cameron, Lance Bass, Darryl Hannah, Wendie Malick, Amy Poehler and Kenny Loggins, who performed at the end of the night, to name a few.

The Environmental Media Association also recognized films and television productions for environmentally conscious programming and themes.  30 Rock and Handy Manny were among the winners.

In an interview, Debbie Levin, President of the Environmental Media Association, shared that there is "a tremendous amount of support" for the EMAs and is happy with the "under thirty-five celebrities" that are serving as role models for the next generation in environmental contributions.
