Season six has Matt setting out on a new career path, he's a mime on the beach.  Kimber is stuck with a fixation over the fact that her sex toys are on a decline.  Liz and Christian's marriage?  They're on the outs.  While many parts of the show are coming to a close, don't expect the mayhem and the scandals to taper off!  The guys create a lifelike mask for a cross-dresser to wear when he's painting the town red with his wife.  Christian and Sean also help two realtors look a lot more like Ken and Barbie dolls.  They even accept the state's request to provide liposuction to a morbily obese Death Row inmate who is about to be executed.  Think even the Economy can't bring Troy/McNamara to its knees? Think again!  The boys hire a hottie in order to lure some more clients their way.

Unfortunately, the final DVD of the sixth season comes with one special feature, but it's okay because the producers make it really worth your while.  "Tell Me What You Don't Like About Yourself-The Psychology Behind Plastic Surgery" is a featurette that runs around twenty minutes.  These amazing twenty minutes include interviews with veteran plastic surgeons and psychology experts.  There is also clips from the show that cover a wide range of topics and an inside look at what makes the show, and the real world tick. 

Fans will relish this last look at their favorite surgeons and enjoy the closure that comes with season six.
