Q.  What can you tell us about the premise for the show and about your character?

A.  It's basically about three ordinary girls who stumble upon a tide and when they jump into the water it turns them into mermaids.  From then on, whenever they touch water, they grow a tail.  It's kind of their everyday life and their fantasy life lived under water.  I play the character of Cleo and she's this shy, kind of awkward, ditsy one but she's also a passionate friend and really concerned about the environment.

Q.  What made you want to be a part of the show?

A.  I always wanted to act and this opportunity came around.  When we were asked to be a part of it I was quite young as well and for all of us it was our first ever show so it was exciting.

Q.  What is your most memorable moment you've had from filming the show so far?

A.  Yeah, all the sea stuff with all of the animals and baby sharks. 

Q.  Was there instant cast chemistry when you all came together or did it take some time to develop?

A.  I think we all just got along so well from the very start.   We were all in the same situation and we spent so much time together that we just got on really well and we're really close. 

Q.  Why should viewers take the time to check out the show?

A.  I think because it's something new and it's something fresh.  The kids can relate to the characters when they are not mermaids.  They can just be amused and entertained when we are mermaids.  There isn't anything really like it on television.
